So ByteLixir is basically one of those things where you get paid for your internet data. Not using all your bandwidth anyway, might as well make some cash from it, right?
Been trying out these kinds of apps for ages. Honeygain. EarnApp. Now this ByteLixir one.
The question is, can you actually make proper money or is it just a waste of your time? That’s what I wanted to know before I bothered with it.
Some of these internet sharing apps are decent enough. Others are total rubbish and not worth the hassle.
What you need is someone who’s actually used it to tell you what’s what. I mean, you don’t want to sign up for something that’s pants, do you?
So yeah, I’ve put together all the details about ByteLixir. What it does. How it works. If it pays out or not.

You need to figure out if something’s worth your time before you start, right? That’s the thing with ByteLixir. I looked into it properly.
It lets you make a bit of money by sharing your internet bandwidth. Is it legit? Well, yeah, they actually pay you. That part’s real.
It’s quite similar to this other site called Pawns. They both do the same thing basically.
Check what they’re actually offering first. I mean, see what you have to do and what you get back. You need to know exactly what earning opportunities they have. That way you can work out if it’s any good for you.
How to make money by sharing your internet
ByteLixir lets you share your internet to make some money. I’ve tried it myself. It only works if you’ve got Windows or Android though. iPhone and Mac users cant… sorry, can’t use it at all. Which is kinda annoying if you ask me.
So anyway, you need to install their app first. The photo shows how it looks. After you put it on your device and set it up, it just runs in the background while you do other stuff. When someone needs to use your internet, the app starts sharing it and you get paid for each gig they use.
The money isn’t amazing but it’s something I guess. How much you get depends on where you live. Some places pay better than others, not that they tell you which ones.
Sometimes nothing happens even when the app is running. I left mine on for ages once and earned nothing. That just means nobody wanted my internet right then. It’s a bit random like that.
Oh and about using it on different devices. Well, here’s the thing. If you put it on two computers at home, you’ll only earn from one of them. I found this out the hard way. It’s because they use the same IP address or something. But your phone on mobile data has a different IP, so that works at the same time.
Most people just put it on their computer and phone. No point putting it on other stuff at home.

How to make money with the ByteLixir referral system
The other option to get money from ByteLixir is their referral thing. Basically you share your special link with people you know.
So when someone uses your link to sign up, they get a dollar bonus straight away. And then… this is actually pretty decent… whenever they earn by sharing their internet, you get 50% of whatever they make. Not bad, right? That’s your reward for getting them to join.
I think it could be a good way to earn without doing much, but honestly, make sure the people you tell about it actually care about earning this way. Like, if they never use it after signing up, you’re not gonna get anything from them. I’ve tried referring a few people who weren’t that interested and it was a complete waste of time.
How do you get paid by ByteLixir app?
When you share your internet, the amount you get depends on what type of connection you have. Mobile internet gets you more money, like 85 cents for each gig you share. Your home internet gets you… I think its 68 cents per gig, which is a bit lower.
So what about getting your money out? Well, there’s no cash option, just so you know. They only do crypto payments, stuff like Bitcoin and Ethereum. Oh and some others too, like Litecoin, Tron and that USDT thing.
The minimum to cash out is pretty low actually. Its just 2 dollars if you use the BSC or Polygon networks. Tron needs 5 bucks though. Not sure why there’s a difference there.
If you’re not into crypto and want actual money instead, you should probably check out those other apps that pay real cash without needing to invest. I mean, there’s a top 10 list of them somewhere.
The whole payment system is pretty simple I guess, well, if you’re already familiar with crypto stuff. But if you’re new to all that crypto business, you might want to learn the basics first. Took me ages to figure it out, honestly.

How much can you actually earn on ByteLixir?
So what about the money side of ByteLixir? Your earnings depend on three main things, where you live, your provider type, and how many IP addresses you’re using.
The US, Europe, bits of South America, and Australia are where you’ll make the most cash.
Remember, you only get paid when someone needs bandwidth in your area. I never earned much in my low-demand region. Some weeks I got nothing at all. But if you live somewhere with high demand, and you connect multiple devices with different public IPs, you could build up a decent amount.
To be honest, the earning potential isn’t that great if you’re in a low-demand area. I wouldn’t count on it for anything serious. But for those of you in the US, Europe or Australia, you might get enough to make it worth your time. I’ve seen people in those areas do quite well with it.
Other options worth checking out:
- SaySo Surveys: A company that asks people what they think about new products before they launch. But is it legit or fake?
- CastingWords: They need quick typists who can write down what people say in videos – things like focus groups, church talks, and business research. Is this legitimate or SCAM?
How to join ByteLixir?
ByteLixir works basically everywhere except four countries. If you live in Iran, UAE, Palestine, or wait… yeah, Myanmar too, you’re out of luck. Everyone else can use it though.
Setting it up isn’t hard. You put in your details to sign up and they’ll send you an email with a link in it. Just click that link. Then you can log in and see your dashboard. After that you download their app or software or whatever they call it. I think most people use the app version, but both work the same.
The ID verification thing is kinda annoying but you have to do it. They call it KYC. Without it, you can’t withdraw as much money each day, which honestly might not matter to you if you’re not making loads. But anyway, it’s pretty simple, just snap a picture of your ID. Any government ID works fine. Passport, driver’s license, whatever you’ve got.
How to use ByteLixir app on your mobile phone?
You cant use ByteLixir if you got an iPhone, sorry. Its only for Android phones. So if you use iOS, don’t waste your time even looking for it. You need different money apps completely.
The app itself is pretty basic. Nothing fancy really. I figured it out quick enough. The real pain is what it does to your battery though. God it just drains it so fast.
And here’s the annoying bit. If you want decent money from it, you actually need to turn off your battery saver settings. Which makes the battery problem even worse. So I guess you gotta pick when to use it carefully. I usually only turn it on when I’m at home with a charger nearby. Probably not worth using when you’re out and about.
How to reach help when you need it
The support stuff for ByteLixir isn’t too bad actually. I sent them an email once and… wait, that’s not right. What I mean is, there’s different ways to get help.
Most basic stuff is in their FAQ section. That sorts out the simple questions, but honestly who reads those anyway?
If you can’t be bothered with the FAQ, just message them direct. They’ve got this contact form on their website, or you can use Telegram which is quite good. Oh and they do WhatsApp and Viber too if that’s your thing. Email works as well, and they’re on social media if you prefer that.
I’d say the support is decent enough. Not amazing or anything, but they do give you loads of options to reach someone when things go wrong. That’s better than most sites I’ve tried, trust me on that one.
What do real users say about the ByteLixir?
ByteLixir’s reputation isn’t looking too hot right now. When you check Google Play, you won’t find a single review from someone who’s actually used it. The only thing worth mentioning is that about 50,000 people downloaded it… which isn’t much at all when you think about it.
TrustPilot tells a slightly different story. Right now there are 84 people who’ve shared what they think (though this number will probably change). They gave it a 4.3 rating – okay-ish but nothing amazing.
Looking at what people say… most seem pretty happy with it. But you know what? We’ll have to keep an eye on this app to see if it actually delivers on its money-making promises.
